Lazy meals

I'm a big fan of lazy 'scratch' meals.

Tonight.
2 eggs in a microwave poacher. A wee bit of water in the bottom.
Cut up 1/2 mushroom pretty finely, put 1/2 in each side of the poacher.
Added some mixed herbs and grated cheese. Mix it all in gently.
Nuke it, put them on Toast, pepper.

Really nice good quick cheap clean food

One egg isn't a meal . Lol

And eggs are between $4-$7/dozen in the states.

$4 is ok. $7 is not lol.

When I was watching one of your videos yesterday I saw this in the sidebar. No need to listen to 5:55 of rambling though which is way TOO long lol.

Take a thick slice of bread, curl a rasher of bacon on top, crack an egg into the bacon nest, sprinkle with herbs and air fry it for 10 mins.

Personally I think 10 mins is way too long for an egg. I'd cook the bacon and toast for a few minutes and then I'd crack the egg in and finish off the cooking.
