I really like own prepared meals. The simple stuff.

Rolled oats, nuked up, add some yoghurt and canned fruit salad. What a breakfast.

Cheese and a fruit platter. Might have some left over old ginger ale to go with it.

Simple, really nice, very healthy.

Just microwaved some salmon. 2/3 rds of a mid section, cut into 3 equal sized portions.
Bought it yesterday so it is due to be cooked now or ........ throw away later on. Am not hungry now.
Squeezed some lime onto it, sprinkled some mixed herbs onto it, a few drops of olive oil.
Nuked it for 3 mins in microwave glass container. Looks/smell pretty ok.
It'll be lunch tomorrow. It's got to be good.

I mean, it is salmon, lime and herbs !
