Female Dominance over male submission

This seems to be a growing trend.
Is male dominance a remnant historical trait of the English empire ?

Proverbs 31:10-31 describes the role of a virtuous wife. It seems that she has great control over the daily operations of a household. The husband is the assigned leader of the household but if a man chooses the right woman he should be able to trust her to manage the household while the husband concentrates on providing income and moral leadership for the children. It's not that one sex is better than the other, but that they have assigned roles. I suppose you can alter those roles, but that's between a man, his wife, and God.

For most of our lives, most homes require two incomes to maintain an "acceptable " standard of living. This has blurred the lines between traditional marital roles and weakened marriage and the traditional family.

I would draw your attention to the word "virtuous". This is precisely why Democrats, liberals, Communists, Cults, feminists, addicts, etc. abhor the Bible.

None of us are immune to overlooking virtue when choosing a mate. I wish I had paid more attention to what I read in the Bible when I was young and single.

Certainly none of us are "perfect", we all make mistakes, we all sin and we all fall short. If I had to guess, it was 50/50 as far as fault goes. The Bible tells us that only God is perfect, only God is holy and only God's Son died for the sins of the world.

As far as "virtue" goes, it goes both ways.

It may not be "woke", "popular", Communistic or "hip" but, I believe that the Bible is true and no one is "better" or more valued than anyone else, Jesus died for all.
