Anybody Voting Libertarian this Time Around?
I am.
For United States Senate, my vote will be for Kenneth Cates. For U.S. Representative: Michael Kalagais. They'll likely not win, but my conscience won't allow me to vote for fools who admonish the demonstrators at the capitol on Jan. 6, and go so far as to blame Trump for the chaos, and also find nothing wrong with holding political prisoners.
Those aren't the only things I take issue with, when it comes to Boozman and Womach, but it's enough, either way.
And, fwiw, there is plenty of "+" in the plus column, when it comes to the stances those two candidates hold on the issues.

I've been a lifelong Republican but, will probably switch to the Libertarian party because of the horrible things that the Democrats did and accused President DJT of while the Republicans did NOTHING. Clearly neither the Republicans nor the Democrats represent US in any way, shape nor form.
The Republican party has become liberal being infiltrated by the Democrats!

For starters, watch your language. Secondly, I am not a "dude," as you ought to remember.Great American wrote:2cent wrote:I am
Well, we might as well get use to one party Marxist rule, if idiots are going to throw their votes away on a party that cannot win. What a colossally STUPID thing to do dude.
I am sorry man. I don't mean to insult you, and all your posts seem pretty good, but everyone fucks up, I have, and if you do this you are fucking up royally.
This nation is on the edge of destruction and you are going to toss your vote at some party that can never win? That's abominable.
Done. Exiting. I know where this is going to go.
Thirdly, you obviously believe a man who didn't believe in state's rights was a "great American," so that puts a damper on any of your opinions right there.
Fourthly, you also obviously have a hard time with comprehension. There is no way on God's green earth that my conscience will help to return people who blamed President Trump for the fiasco of Jan. 6th to office!!
How CAN you look at yourself the mirror?!
Lastly, there is no way on God's green earth that a Dem will win either of those two seats in this state. Maybe if you did some homework, and had a little integrity, you'd know better than to blast from the hip, before you think.
But, as history has it, you'll never learn.

I vote for the Libertarian if there is no Democrat or no Republican in the race. I'll also vote for a Libertarian if I can't stand the Republican, especially if they will win anyway. I didn't vote for Romney and I don't vote for Cornyn.

A thinking voter. Imagine that. Good on you, Cruz.Crusader wrote:I vote for the Libertarian if there is no Democrat or no Republican in the race. Voters making their choices depending upon what letter is beside the candidate's name is a major part of what's wrong w/this country.

Re: Anybody Voting Libertarian this Time Around?
No. My state has solid statewide Republican candidates across the board.
The Republican House candidate in my district (Juan Ciscomani) doesn't sound very good though.
I actually don't recommend voting Libertarian under any circumstances. When you give them 5% of the vote, they start to appear in debates. So, leaving your vote blank is better than voting Libertarian. I'd recommend voting Constitution Party if anything.
The Libertarian douche in this debate spent 90% of his time attacking Blake Masters and trying to undercut his arguments against Mark Kelly. One way was by acting like open borders is a sensible policy. In truth, he should have never been allowed on the debate stage.
He tried to blame "both Democrats AND Republicans" for inflation in a dishonest attempt to tie Blake Masters to inflation. Nope, sorry piglet. Those are Democrats and establishment Republicans who are responsible for reckless spending. Masters isn't part of the cabal. That's why actual conservatives like me nominated him.
I also don't want the GOP to become more libertarian. I want them to become more populist to win over the working class, kicking the neocons out.
Let's say your representative is a powerful liberal Republican like Paul Ryan. The House is 435 seats. I would recommend you vote in the Republican primaries for your candidate, then vote Democrat in the general election. House terms are only 2 years, so you can get who you really do want in the next election. It's the only way to realistically get cucked Republicans out of power. Voting third party doesn't accomplish it. The only time I wouldn't recommend that is if you're faced with a blue wave year like 2006 was.
I voted Democrat in 2016 so that John McCain would lose. It didn't happen, but I still don't regret my vote. He sucked.
