My sister shared that detail w/me, too.  SCUM!  In a land supposedly of laws, not men, it's hard to comprehend how any of this is allowed.  

Yes, the search warrant was signed by a judge, and, therefore, technically not an illegal search & seizure, but, as any decent thinking person knows, it was bogus as can be, and thrown up straight out of the pits of hell.
