What it does is return abortion decisions back to the individual states where they belong.

There is nothing in the constitution about abortion. As the SC affirmed today, its a states right issue with no federal constitutionality. A non issue . The federal government has no business regulating it.

This is tremendous in my opinion.
Anytime you take a decision or an issue away from the federal government and return it to the statesThe People, it's a win/win situation.
No matter how you feel about the issue.

Generally, decisions made geographically closer to the area of concern are better decisions.
For an event in Arizona, the decision is better made in Arizona than in Washington DC.

I doubt it. It's more likely that people will keep muddling along, either pretending that nothing is wrong, or resigning themselves to the fact that there's little to nothing they can do about it, with bursts of anger and mismanagement like what happened over the summer of '21.

Did you notice that they didn't have the uproar they were hoping for last night?? Do you suppose most people realize that states will make the abortion/no abort decisions for themselves. LOLOL Big disappointment for democrats the very small turnout fot violent protesting.

I agree.

That is how I see the problem. It is similar here too. I dislike it.
Some people can only fault find with the other side.
It is impossible that one party can only make mistakes for 4 years.
