Seems to me that only one side of the equation is being asked - no demanded - to be tolerant. I wouldn't mind so much, if it were shared.

To paraphrase: What is the truth that the facts bear out. What is the truth only and solely that the facts bear out.

To paraphrase: We have to learn to tolerate each other, and learn to live with people who say things we don't like. We must learn tolerance, which is absolutely vital to the continuation of life on this planet.

He's talking about a world where no one tries to shove a bunch of crap down your throat. We do not fit in that Chi-coms la-la land. It's a lie. If you accept it, they advance at your expense. It's that simple.
