Looks like those poles up on deck were pushed down or screwed downwards to expand the bellows . I guess its an idea that might work but it doesn't look too streamlined up on deck . They said no one ever utilized the concept and I know about that because I've had some hair brained inventions myself .jirqoadai wrote:question. what would push the pontoons down and raise the boat up? we are talking about at least three feet elevated, correct?

I do believe that that is wholly and entirely unConstitutional. Sorta addresses this wee thing referred to as "conflict of interest."1849
Abraham Lincoln applies for a patent (the only US President to do so) for a device to lift a boat over shoals and obstructions.

Of prevalence, is that Canadian t.v. - at least that production - so very obviously has little regard for U.S. inventors. All, except Alexander Grand Bell. I wonder what Canada's hang-up is when it come to Edison, and also, Carnegie; who they persist in pronouncing it as - "Car-NAY-Gee." (Hard "G")1902A United States court of appeals rules that Thomas Edison did not invent the movie camera.

JUST school buildings? School buildings, only? If it weren't for the year, I'd be thanking the earthquake for its aim.1933
Major earthquake (6.4 magnitude) in Long Beach, California, kills 120 and destroys 70 school buildings.

How do you say Carnegie? It's like Carnegie Hall and that has a hard G. I've never heard it with a soft G. There's no NAY in it though although Scots put a nay into it lol.

Carnegie should be pronounced - KAR-n'-gee. NOT; Kar-NAH-gee.

Hard to type but here it's Carn-e-gee without a long strung out ee.
Pronunciations 1 and 2 in the link are how we say it. Pronunciation 3 sounds a bit gay Lolol.
