That's only part of the picture.   Has the birth rate changed?  If so, was it because of economic or national security?  Do the vaccines affect birth rates?  Are other nations seeing similar numbers?  To imply that covid deaths are directly responsible for the decline in population is irresponsible.

 Besides,  I don't think endless unchecked population growth is a good thing.

If you factor in all of the illegals that Beijing and the Democrats are buying to flaunt our immigration laws, American births may be "declining" but, the number of illegals (i.e. Democrat voters), are skyrocketing.

I do. I think unchecked population growth is just the thing we need. It's not the damn gov't's business to check population growth.

Depending on the cause or causes of population decline, it is possible that we could be in or trigger an irreversible downward spiral into species extinction ... something about others have voiced concern and with whom I lately have come to agree.

Not only does the problem need attention, but also avoidance by the you-know-who that seek every opportunity for parasitism.

I used to think population crash was a nonexistent possibility but I don't any more, especially in our technology enriched environment filled to the brim with overeducated nut jobs and psychopaths, all of them lead by idiots. I get it.

wonder if they counted the number of covid induced miscarriages? The 20s and 30 year olds will gleefully accept socialism. Their children will chafe a bit under it and then their children will start to rebel. There's a cycle to this. And if we don't come to some reconciliation with the one true God then i'll be surprised.
