Aw, man! I just now saw this. Heartbreaking.
Our best to ya, Bruce! You've certainly served us well over the years.

Re: After aphasia diagnosis, Bruce Willis to step away from acting
I posted this a day or two in Random thoughts about these hollywood folk.
watched a Bruce willis film last nite Midnight in the Switchgrass based on a true story that did not happen in Florida but that's where they set it for some reason. IF i didn't know the situation with BW then i would wonder why he had such a small inconsequential role but i do know and it is obvious there is some kind of problem though he speaks fine and knows the lines and delivers nearly as well. I still feel sympathy for him and his family...he's too young for this to happen. seems cruel but i'm glad he seems to have a loving family. He's had a good life. I liked him as an actor.
second. Julia roberts whom i've never really cared for and found her oddly attractive is not aging well. Film: Secrets in their eyes. With nicole kidman, Chewitel Ejiofor and some others... Nicole Kidman's age is catching up with her. She's still trying to come off in her 30s and she's gonna have to give that up here before long. face is filling out, arms not so slim and a little weird looking.
well that's all the meanness i got for now.
I got more to say. Seems to me that Bruce knew what was happening and in addition to his wife and his selling off a lot of their properties he was the big name star in a lot of movies since he probably got the diagnosis. Not necessarily good movies all of them...meaning...his parts and his usual characters in these films. His parts are small, the speaking parts are small and easy and some even look like they were done without the other actors actually present. You know...splicing scenes. Looks like it to me anyway.
Additionally. he looks way older. I see it in his jaw line and some parts of his face. Its taking a toll. I fear that he doesn't have too many more years. And that makes me sad for him and his family. I have enjoyed his movies... and i've even enjoyed his cameos like in the Expendables. The film i'm watching right now he is playing a character called 'the lobe' in prison..some kind of mutant super human. This is something of a comedy with scifi and humor mixed in. I forgot the name. back in a moment. here it is. Corrective Measures.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_Willis_filmography Check this out and see how many movies he did in 2021 and 2022 compared with other years. There is method to his madness. so to speak.

Yeah, too bad it didn't happen to someone like Robert De Niro, Will Smith, George Clooney, you get the picture....
