CA Bill Suggests Punishing Doctors For Challenging “Consensus” on COVID…Opposing Opinions Considered “Unprofessional Conduct”
In California, an Assembly Bill is being reviewed that would classify disagreement with the “contemporary scientific consensus” on COVID-19 issues as “unprofessional conduct” for California doctors.
The proposed bill was co-written by five California Assembly and Senate members. It was introduced to the Assembly Committee on Business and Professions last week by Democratic Assemblyman Evan Low, and might be reviewed during a hearing on March 17 by the Assembly Committee.
This bill proposes that doctors’ statements about COVID be subject to review by the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California, particularly if they don’t follow the guidelines of the Liberal agenda.
“Existing law requires the applicable board to take action against any licensed physician and surgeon who is charged with unprofessional conduct, as provided,” explains the bill.
“This bill would designate the dissemination or promotion of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or “COVID-19,” as unprofessional conduct.”

In other words, they are going to go after ANY doctor that goes against what the Democrats deem as "contemporary scientific consensus" aka, political opponents.
