Why do people mindlessly kill animals?
It quite upsets me.
When I was a kid there was a Praying Mantis in the house. She was wonderful.
I watched her for over a week. Came hone one day and She was dead
Someone had sprayed poison on her.
Just today, my mother and older brother murdered a Praying Mantis for no reason at all.
The other day I rescued a worm. He was happy in the leaf litter again.

I had one on my deck just the other day. I'd never dream of harming it and I never use sprays.
