There are several ways but the easiest is just to click on anyone's avatar or profile.
At the top, you can add 0r remove friends easily with one click.

Another way is to go to your own profile at the top where it says "Welcome Brat". A menu will appear. Click view profile. You will be able to see a complete list of friends with options attached to each listing.
