Strange Couple attempting to nurse their newborn

The man in the glasses is a woman and gave birth to the child.  The woman with black hair attempting unsuccessfully (DUH) to nurse the babe is a man.   This is insanity.

More horrifying is that this stuff was rampant right before Hitler seized power and was one of the reasons a murderous dictator was able to take power.
