Rashad is a regular piece of work, isn't she?  More worried about some creep's legacy than the trauma and pain who knows how many girls suffered.

Two events caused the conviction to be overturned. One is that the main witness against Cosby wrote a book in which she bragged that she lied.

The second is the plea bargain that was violated after the confession. Overturning the conviction was more to punish the prosecutors as anything else. The plea was subject to the ordinary laws of contract.

He was? Then again, that same guy is sure that even the 'court of public opinion' will vindicate that scumbag. Not hardly.

ITST, why is this Stacey woman finally coming forward now? If not right after the assault, how about when all the other women came forward?
Yes, as much as I can't stand Cosby, it does make me question the veracity of her claim of assault/rape.

I feel the same.  Why didn't she jump on the bandwagon when he was first charged and prosecuted. Seems it MIGHT have helped with a longer sentence.    This is just piling on now.  ANd while i'm done with him, don't want to see or hear anything out of him, i suspect her motives.

Nobody should feel any pity for this man...but that is what she is going to cause to come about.
