Sorry, but when local law enforcement officers are assumed to be the enemy of federal agents like the historically sketchy ATF, it's time to abolish the ATF. No amount of throwing weight around changes that fact of law.

The stupid shit should have complied immediately as ordered by local officers. He knew that. Fire him.

cops do over re-act. the second the reno guy saw the car pull up, he needed to have his pertenant ID out. and if you have a medical condition, youve no business being somebody you cant confirm. personaly id think hands behind your head would be better than hands out to your side. after Mount Carmel, this fed had no business operating a Justice Department, ATF or FBI.
