Hurricane Milton in the Gulf

Forecast to affect the Tampa area as a cat 2.




Has now strengthened into a tropical storm.

Soon to be a hurricane, hence the title.

Orlando area too.

The track is pretty straightforward. But due to a few variables, intensity will be harder to forecast as you'll see in the models .

Since this thing has gotten its act together sooner than espected, it is now forevast to be a Cat 3 storm.

And all week long, local weather said nothing was goinf to form there. Pfffft.

Geo-engineering.

This thing is definitely going Cat 3 or 4 before it weakens as it approaches the west coast of Florida. I just hope it weakens enough.
