Under our system of government the prosecutors have to prove a crime was committed beyond a reasonable doubt. In a fair an impartial trial there is no evidence of any crime that has been committed so there would be a acquittal. However, this being a kangaroo court and a witch-hunt in a Social Democrat stronghold the verdict is already in. This trial is just for show.

Well seeing as how it's a kangaroo court in a banana republic getting a fair trial is impossible. Trump has already been convicted of a crime he did not commit. This is just a show trial for propaganda.

I am curious though why people in Australia and New Zealand are so concerned with what happens in our banana republic.

Some have strong connections to the US, some have been taught about American politics in school, some have an interest in geography which is heavily taught in school and some are just obsessed lol.

No offence but in contrast Americans are quite insular.

I am concerned with what happens in the US as it is the worlds biggest economy.
It has a vibrant adaptive economy.
I have been interested in this sort of thing for decades.
Where the US leads we follow. This is not always to my liking, but it happens

The US have a significant effect on the whole world
