The best ever corned beef and hard boiled eggs

I have found the best way to cook the most tender corned beef I have ever had. Very simple in a crockpot.

I used a 2.5 lbs corned beef brisket point cut.

Rinse the meat completely with water.
Season both sides with packet in package, if included. I used lemon pepper and black pepper also. Use whatever you like best.
Place in crockpot fatty side up. Cover. Cook on low for 10 hours! Then let stand about 30 to 60 minutes. Enjoy!

Ten minute hard boiled eggs.

Place eggs in large pot with adequate amount of water to cover the eggs.
bring to boil uncovered, place pot off of heat and then cover. Set timer for 10 minutes.
Immediately run cold water constantly cooling down eggs then peel.
The egg centers will be moist, not hard or runny. You can adjust the cover time for harder or runnier yokes.
