Love to try one of those fried turkeys...but, since it's just me...I doubt I could eat it all, even allowing two weeks of leftovers, before it spoiled or just lost its taste.

Turkey freezes well.
Good for sandwiches, beans, gumbo, turkey pot pies, turkey salad.
