Missed the community Thanksgiving Dinner - thought it was tomorrow; it was today; they sent a volunteer to my door, later, with a plate, thinking I was ill. It's common here - where we're about 80-percent Jabbed. But anyway, I was just floored; went back over, apologized.

Part of the reason I missed it, was I was following the nooze - a bit of excitement right by my old stomping ground, Buffalo. Seems persons unknown loaded a car full of explosives and rammed the customs barricade at the Rainbow Bridge.

The Rainbow Bridge is north of the Peace Bridge, and much-less heavily traveled. It opens up to surface streets in Niagara Falls, NY, from Fort Erie, Ontario. Its primary advantage is, commercial traffic is not allowed, so there's shorter lines through Customs.

But, anyway. Through the magic of government propaganda and sleights-of-hand, the terrorism strike became Reckless Operations, and now the car is a Bentley owned by a 53-year-old fan looking to see the group KISS in Buffalo. Seems their appearance in Ontario was cancelled.

I guess the explosives in the car were just fireworks he'd planned to bring to the concert. Easy mistake to make.

So now we have one MOAR case that the Effa Bee Eye has immediate, neat closure on, so they can go back to pursuing Trump friends, Trump associates, Trump employees, Trump banks, Trump bumper-sticker displayers...and file hundreds of felony charges on ALL of them.

Don't know why I posted that there - I guess, because it shows how thankful we should be that we've got such effective, protective, munificent government.

Happy Thanksgiving to all . Eat till you fall asleep in front of the fireplace ,drink until you've had your fill but don't drive . Christmas is coming in 4 weeks .

In-laws stole all of our family, so Mr. 2 and I are quietly awaiting a stuffed chicken to come out of the oven, while sipping on some chardonnay.
