Fact is they don't really know how, or by how much, the wind turbines will affect marine life.

If I had to bet I'd say the noise from these things definitely will affect marine life and not in a good way.  I'm strongly opposed to wasting billions on these ugly idiotic things that only have a lifespan of 10 years and aren't recyclable.
