Donald Trump Jr is claiming he cannot recall for many questions.
Trump has already been found guilty, the Judge is now deciding on the penalty.
If a defendant says they cannot recall, the Judge gas to assume the worst.

Donald trump senior is posting comments on his site that I believe breach the gag order.
