now.....they wouldn't be conspiring to control the weather over certain areas, would they? seeding clouds with this that and the other falling to the ground affecting animals, crops, land, people. Putting chemicals in our water and telling us it is for our own good...i mean they could put something in the water and tell us it is for ...say......dental health. and God knows there's no history of gov't illegally experimenting on the populace. no...they wouldn't do anything like that.
