Is there some unwritten satanic contract that these politicians need to stay in office for life until they die? Because I don't get it. Mitch is in NO WAY in any shape to execute the duties of a Senator with any kind of competent ability at this point. For that matter neither is Fetterman & neither is Biden installed as president.

He sure doesn't need the money.
But when you sell your soul to the devil........ It's for life.

He might be taking lessons from Brandon.
But in Mitch's case the teleprompter in his head went out long after the one in Brandon's head.

They've made their deals with the devil. They will be around till they're carried out of the halls of congress in body bags. Sooner the better.

I think McConnell will hold on as long as he can. He shoulda retired last go round. They cannot give up that power, influence, cash. it's addictive.
