I have never believed that Soros would waste so much of his own money on all the shit that has been attributed to him over the past 10 years. I think all the money implicated in burning down the US is state money from countries that hate the US (ie Chi-coms). Soros is primarily just the aggregator and the face on it all -- their dodge. he no doubt makes millions doing it. When he finally is busted, the trial will be a long one.
