Re: The Tour de France
A cyclist who was 4th overall crashed tonight.
Blood down his chin, eye brows, elbows and knee.
He scrambled to rejoin the peloton, got medical attention on his bike while cycling.
He is still 4th overall

Re: The Tour de France
No, my name 'SprintCyclist' is a BIG misnomer.
I gave myself that when I was a Commuting Cyclist.
'CommutingCyclist' does not at all have any sparkle to it.
The Womens Tour de France is on.
This Saturday night looks like a good stage. hope it'll be on TV.

Like the gold chain?
The titanium coating should help reduce chain and sprocket wear

Re: The Tour de France
Saturday night here, they are finishing atop The Col du Tourmalet.
2 X Category 1 ascents that day.
This is one worthwhile waking up to see the whole stage.
Seeing the whole stage tell the whole unfolding saga.
Just seeing the highlights the next day is pointless.

Re: The Tour de France
This is it. The BIG stage of la Femmes Tour.
2 classic alpine climbs. 2100 M high.
It goes for 3 hours, watch it live, it'll be a live Shakespearean drama

Re: The Tour de France
Ah - was not that good.
The top of The col du Tourmalet was shrouded in cloud. Visibility was down to 25 M.
They could not use helicopters, we could not get an overall view.
Who was 1st prior to this stage is now 4th, a big change in the leaders
