Haiti would be a distraction to them. It will take a force as bloody and forceful as the PLA to actually bring some order to those animals.

I'm starting to think we should let the Haitians land in FL and wreak havoc on the spring break degenerates. After, the authorities can round them up and ship them back. Invite them over here each year. Rinse and repeat.
