Haiti Citizenry has arisen and is taking care of the Gangs

Of course the government isn't happy. The more innocent people are victimized and murdered, the more the population is 'controlled'. It all sounds very much like the United States. Makes me wonder if it will take the citizenry to become vigilantes here as well before the government will start doing their job?!
