Sleeping techniques Empty Sleeping techniques

I've found a few things that are good for my sleeping.

Before bed.
1/ Before going to bed, have some screen free time. Turn the laptop and tv off.

2/ Do some quiet yoga/stretching whatever suits you.
    remember, you are preparing to sleep, so no weights or aerobics.


Once in bed.
1/ Lie how comfortable for you. For me, on my back with no pillow.

2/ Do Yoga breathing. (Slow, full, deepish)

3/ On each exhalation relax a bit more. Unclench jaws, loosen chest, shoulders.

4/ Say in your mind  'Stop thinking, stop thinking'
