You guys are too young for me

I can't forget this one ,I guess I was around 9-10 . When my Dad was alive we had an old Hudson and he had the trunk open and didn't realize ( or maybe he did ) that  I was next to him and was also looking in it when he slammed it closed . I saw stars and the edge of the trunk lid cut across my head and the blood started coming out . Hospital - nope ! Doctor - Nope ,that cost money . He reached down ,grabbed some mud and rubbed my head with it . Good for the injuns - good for Lil Daily Bread  ,and all was good .

Remember this dumb scientific move !

For any serious laceration, cobwebs and kerosene here. Pour the kerosene in, pack it with cobwebs from under the house.
Sometimes they sewed it up themselves.

Today ,after the weather people and overqualified news people said the smoke would be worse, it was better !   No stink , no smoke , and no orange cloud rolling across our island . These idiots never make a correct statement anymore - common sense never comes into the equation anymore .
