I agree. More closet space and more room for food, pots and pans.

Might be nice for a weekend - or even a week's get-a-way. Possibly even, for a month.
But as for a full-time home? Nah. Not too many people are content to have their laundry appliances in the living room. Nor, if I get the angle right, to get their necks in a crook trying to watch t.v. Hard to tell how that couch folds out w/o hitting the wall. And, as has been stated - zero storage.

Pass.

Woman must not own 100 pair of shoes! Only 2 or 3. And some white boots and crocs.

Needs a wood stove, too.

I'm building twice that size just for myself.  I may have a son living their temporarily or maybe have room for one more.  2 bedrooms with walk in closets and a 40 ft shipping container outside for bulk storage. I also want an outside 220V 50A hookup for visiting RVs or EV charging.

If my California uncle comes to visit me with his EV, I can school him on practical use of electricity and not just being a technology snob. He can't find a relative to provide 220V electricity to charge his car so he can visit. LOL
