Romney appears to be facing a very strong challenger...and he may just lose.

How Romney even won, is beyond me.

His family has no roots in Utah. And Utah is no longer monolithically Mormon. Plenty of secularism there, now, and plenty of new criminal trends - imported from Califuktardia and Ore Gone and Washing Ton.

I knew Salt Lake, not well, in the early 1990s. I didn't go there when I went to Moab last October, but I have read of it. I find it interesting that some of their institutions with church ties - Zion National Bank, ZCMI, (Zion Cooperative Mercantile Institution) both gone or merged with outside interests. The home ZCMI market was right across the street from the Tabernacle in downtown Salt Lake. That's how close it was.

It was interesting to me, an outsider. As interesting, was the flock of pilgramage-makers, coming to tour the tabernacle. And they were dressed WELL. I could have gone with them, but I was traveling, in grubby clothes, and didn't know what I was looking at. I wasn't going to diminish their devotion or experience.

But to the point. Romney has no more roots there than I. Probably only a little more social support. Romney is the kind of Republican that the Mormons of 30 years ago, DESPISED.

Maybe there will be a campaign to question his religious devotion. Did he do his missionary duty, required of all adult Mormons for a time? Father George did, in Mexico. Did Willard? IS he a Mormon? Swear on the Angel Moroni?

Let them devour him. The fcuktard should have stayed in Taxachussets.

I caught hannity a day or so on sirius talking about Romney and either romney has changed for the worse or he hid it well. He is not a nice man. he is vengeful and i think angry about .something. Bitter? if he was always like that he hid it better then than now.

Romney is a RINO and a traitor to the Republican party. Romney is more interested in lining his own pockets than in representing the actual taxpayers. I agree that I have no idea what lies he told nor how stupid and gullible people were to vote for him. Certainly he will never, ever get my vote for ANYTHING!

Besides, now that the Demos openly cheat on every election with impunity, I have a difficult time believing that there will ever be a free nor fair election again.

All of jirqoadai's posts merely support my assertions that human 'religiosity' doesn't matter. It's whether one is in the word and living for Jesus. Clearly there are cons, liars, posers, etc. all pretending to be 'christians' and that they will deceive the gullible, the lazy, the uneducated and those who are willfully ignorant. How can they be avoided? By reading, studying and KNOWING the Bible!

His job, post-presidency, was to feed the Woke hustle with an occasional speech and otherwise shut up.)

The coalition of rogues and frauds, a.k.a. the permanent bureaucracy or the Deep State, had committed so many crimes since 2016 that its sole agenda turned to driving the one-man wrecking-crew called Donald Trump out of office and making sure he never got close to a lever of power again, by any means necessary.
