I've heard of him but that's about it.

this subject requires huge history lessons in order to be logical. they executed the leader because he knew how mishmash it was gonna get if he kept hands off. so everything good and bad from this episode couldve been reversed accordingly.

The Jacobins were a political-philosophy society in France, mostly comprised of well-to-do professionals, but not nobility. They wanted change and the misrule of the feckless King Louis seemed to cry out for it.

Maximilian Robespierre, one of their leaders, emerged as the leader of the French Revolution. The Reign of Terror was in fact done deliberately - his idea, and even his wording.

It's a very long story, and for Robespierre, the story has a satisfying ending. The General Assembly turned on its own - Robespierre, on the floor, prepared to denounce several members. In that chaos, a denouncement was an accusation and also a finding of Guilty - nothing more need be said. But before Robespierre could get to the "good part" one of his intended victims shot him in the mouth with a dueling pistol.

The rest of the Assembly, like the mad dogs they were, turned on him; hustled him off to the Bastille and next day, his jaw broken and bleeding, he had his neck fitted in the National Razor.

Read up on it. There are whole books written about it, and if you're interested, it's darkly fascinating.

Well, you seem to know a lot about it.

Find how they're funded. Cut it off.

Another interesting read are the differences in the French Revolution and the American Revolution.    Some of the things the french did under the reign of terror ...frightening ( make that terrifying) but also a lesson for anyone using those techniques in order to control and change society.

Indirectly, through government money-printing. Even if no checks pass from government to foundation, the money-printing translates (through banks buying stocks) to more money to rich people to DONATE to these misanthropic NGOs.
