Have you ever made a recipe and it was terrible?? I have ...some kind of cherry bars. It was a terrible waste of good cherries. I only use cherries now in my new recipe curried baked fruit. peaches, apricots, apples, pears and cherries. wow.

Cherries are very expensive at the stores here.

I cooked a chicken gizzard gravy all day yesterday. The gizzards just melted in your mouth.
I just went to warm it up and there's plenty gravy but just a few gizzards. So i added a link of andouille and some instant shake roux.

I had about 10 pounds of butter in the freezer from way back th at I had bought on sale. $1.99, $2.49, 2 for $5, etc. I finally used it all. Someone one gave me 2 pound of commodity butter. It was good and I used it too.

I paid $3.98/pound for Wal-Mart butter day before yesterday.
I have seen it down to $2.49-99 for store brand like Food Club ,on sale.

Great Value can milk went from 88 cents to $1.33.
