Ozempic (and another called Trulicity) are drugs for diabetics but since mid 2022 doctors across the globe have been dishing it out to people for weight loss. This has resulted in an acute shortage for diabetics.

The weight loss is negligible on these drugs and you'd lose a great deal more with diet and exercise It's insane.

It also appears to be malpractice.

Isn't Ozempic the one where the ad says that weight loss could be a side effect, but not necessarily so? Something like 14lbs. altogether? In which case, you're right, Red. It's nuts.
