Oh Deer !!
That's some really good looking venison. Looks like she thickens with some flour or cornstarch at the end.
Served over a baked potato.
Cooked on a wood stove.
Lissette has some good film production and editing skills. Watching these productions, sure is relaxing
Quebec is a beautiful place.

The gravy sure looks good. I've never eaten venison though so have no clue about that.

It's very tasty, tender, mild, and super lean as you can see.Red Lily wrote:The gravy sure looks good. I've never eaten venison though so have no clue about that.

She has dozens of vids of home improving the inside and outside of her cabin and what nots.
She's a senior road inspector in Canada..
But..... She's monetized and I think YouTube's cut is 45%.
Last time I looked she was averaging $25,000-$35,000/month hanging around the house making vids. Not sure if that's total or her cut, alone. That's around $400,000/year or around $200,000/year in her pocket at the lower figure.
Millions of views on each one.

Re: Oh Deer !!
Last time I had venison I was 12 years old...another scout brought in ground deer for our burgers on an overnight trip.
I thought they were fabulous, then, but what does a 12-year-old know? A lot of stuff I liked then, I really dislike, now. And more, I can't eat, now.
But, the way things are going, I'm probably going to have to learn to dress and cook it...

You don't have to live in Canada to make money from YouTube but I doubt Vege has the sort of boobs that will bring in the male following. Lol

Venison isnt hard to come across in NZ they are widely dispersed around the country, different breeds depending where you are, can hunt any time of the year no license required, shot as many as you come across , stags, hinds doesn't matter, plenty of publicly owned land to shoot on, you just need to get a permit from the gov to hunt , doesn't cost much, just to ensure there are not to many hunters in any given area , never had a situation where I have not been able to get a permit
