Democrats Ignore Law - Why Can't Republicans?

So I’m trying to wrap my brain around it. Liberals continue to  ignore federal immigration law yet, advocate for more federal gun laws? The fact that it’s already illegal to bring a firearm into an educational facility, shoot someone, threaten to shoot someone or murder someone isn’t enough for Liberals. Now they claim that there should be “stricter” federal firearm laws? What so the Liberals can ignore them too? I cannot make any sense of what they want.

If Liberals didn’t ignore federal immigration law, I guess I could understand it. If it was legal to bring a firearm into an educational facility, I guess I could understand it. If it was legal to threaten violence to someone, I guess I could understand it. If it was legal to murder someone, I guess I could understand it. If killing someone  was somehow “normal” or “sane”, I guess I could maybe understand it. The fact that it is neither legal, normal, moral nor sane makes me wonder why the Liberals are using this for a political football.

Could it be that Liberals are so desperate to maintain the power that they would attempt to use this issue to drive a wedge in Conservative supporters? Could it be that Liberals are so desperate to maintain the power that they would make comments like "you have no right to protect yourself”?

The fact that seventeen students died is horrible. The fact that seventeen families have to bury their teens is horrible. The fact that seventeen sets of parents are having to go through what all parents fear is horrible. The fact that other family members have lost a loved one is horrible. It is horrible but, it’s NOT the NRA nor legal gun owners fault. It’s NOT the rifle’s “fault” either. Had the teens died in an automobile accident, explosion or in some other way, it would still be a tragedy! I place the blame squarely on the shooters and no one else although there is plenty of blame to go around.

The FBI/DOJ for example just happened to not follow up when it was reported to them multiple times that someone had admitted that he aspired to be a “professional school shooter”. Not only did the FBI/DOJ not follow up, they somehow didn’t even make a referral to the Miami Florida field office either.

Then there were the FOUR Broward Count Sheriff Deputies who sat outside of the school while innocent teens were gunned down.

I’m sure that Liberals will downplay and/or ignore the part that the FBI/DOJ played in the incident. Liberals will no doubt ignore the part where Broward County Sheriff Deputies sat outside while innocent teens died as well. After all, seventeen teens dying IS political fodder for the Liberal Democrats to use.

School shootings are political fodder for Democrats to ban legal citizens from protecting themselves.
