And their is such a thing as "fiduciary responsibilities." If I take your money to invest, because I advertised the service and you came to utilize it...I'm not allowed to abscond with your money, or recklessly invest it.

anyone that invests in crypto is is putting their money into a company or product that has thrown off the shackles of any fiduciary responsibilities, not sure what sort of redress the investors would have,

It does have some real applications in the real and especially the criminal world.
However, the bubble market of cryptos and net coys is due to greed and was unregulated.
