You can't vote w/o a license?   In AR, ya gotta have a pic ID, but it doesn't have to be a license.

In Ohio, they ask for a driver's license OR a picture ID. Most individuals who legally vote have a driver's license as that is how they get to polls to vote. Those that don't have a driver's license generally have a state ID or some other picture ID.

In all the years and in all the elections I've voted in, I've NEVER seen a person who was turned away for not having a proper ID.

I have, and it was pretty darn funny.
It was the year Romney was (semi) running against 0zer0. The voter ID law had just passed in our state. There was a woman in line being very vocal about how she forgot her ID at home, but knew the poll workers, and laughed and laughed about how she knew they'd let her by.
Sure enough, she got the "Sorry, Charlie. It's the law," news, when it came time for her to show proof. Oopsie!
Bet she'll never do that twice.

I don't think i've seen a sign saying no cell phones ever before where i vote. until today.
