Looks like only those fired by gov't. Private businesses can do as they please...that's how gov't forced people to take the jibjab in the first place. And big business is happy to comply with big overreaching govt. I hope if this is possible that the courts will force businesses to do the same.

Glad the State got told what it could, and could not, do. As for private businesses, that's their decision. The court also said that it was not for health issues but for compliance. WHAT THOSE OF US who would not get the vaxx, would not lockdown, would not wear the obedience face diaper SAID IT WAS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I agree. The government has NO business sticking their nose in private business.
