I soon quit listening to him. Although he was quite correct on many issues.

Same here ! I would be listening to him on a drive home and the I was realizing he was turning up my hatred of things . He was right but I was getting miserable listening to his negative thoughts .
My radio guy was Bob Grant Rip

Anyone may agree with 99% of his OP or post.
But if you fundamentally agree, and disagree with 1% of the material , he gets triggered more easily than a Karen in a fender bender, and quickly resorts to berate the reply and the individual with derogatory rhetoric,

Still are. But Walton passed away and someone has taken his place.
