It would not surprise me at all if the liberal Democrats were trying to find and fund ways of distributing the "Vaccine" without the victims knowing about it. After all, population control IS the goal!

Nano tech is all good and fine, But you need some way of powering these things, we haven't got there yet

What you are forgetting is that the "hit and miss" methods leaves room for plausible deniability.

solar. not so far fetched. PLUS When i was in hospital in 2021 two covid tests were done on me in order to be admitted. ONE to test for covid which was GOING TO BE POSITIVE 25,00 and the second for DNA 100,oo. Without my approval, without my foreknowledge.

We are a long way from solar powering them , present photovoltaic cells are not efficient enough ,they only garb a narrow band of wave length , 50 square feet of them can give you some usable power when the sun is shining

2 different 'covid' tests. one at 25.oo one at 100.00 with two different codes. Didn't find out about it later. They denied it UNTIL i got my explanation of benefits and it was on there.
