Indian fry bread

If there is anything I really like, it's Indian Fry Bread. It is deceptively simple. Flour, baking powder salt and water. I have tried for years to get the proportions right. Then I hit on the secret. Self rising flour. It already had baking powder and salt. Just mix in some warm water roll out and it's Fry bread like grandma made if grandma was Navajo.
