Just as easy to use a fork to crimp.

They sell them frozen here since 1982 at the natchitoches meat pie company.

Much better deep fried than baked or skillet cooked! And much quicker, too.

Without a doubt!

It's the only way to go. Especially from scratch Dough! So much tastier.

You have to realize, the prepared, frozen ones are already fried.
They just want you the heat them up to 160f so they don't get sued. Lol.

I usually bake them .
But they are exponentially better deep fried!

Like a burrito becomes a chimichanga.
