The left don't care P. Everything is about money . Money is politician's goal/gold. GOP's, too.
They just want something for nothing.
And they obfuscate all legal precedents , also called dragging their ass, for outside interference.

But I've had thoughts on this.

So often I've heard the catch-phrase, "Divide and Conquer"...but it makes no sense to me.

What made Rome strong? UNITY. ORGANIZATION.

What made England an empire? UNITY. ORGANIZATION. They birthed the Administrative State. Indians of the time, probably had to admit their lives were better for the public works the Rajahs were building, than before. It was only when the enthusiasm for commerce and improvement was replaced by brutality and world war, that the Indians rebelled.

What made the Communist Bloc work? They had unity, of a sort. Opposing views were stamped out. The non-party-members were indoctrinated, and if they didn't accept their force-fed instruction, they knew enough to pretend they did.

They limped along, NOT revolting, but passively sacking the economy...only outside Western aid, during WWII and in 1974, kept them from imploding - which they did anyway, and the Communist-loving American Left has never forgiven Reagan or the Republicans for that.

So. OUR leaders are going to Divide-And-Conquer...US?

They can divide us, and in the chaos, set up their Color Revolution. In fact it's HAPPENED. How is that going? We're no longer a world power. Our former allies are forming economic alliances and exchange procedures that leave us, and our dollars, OUT.

We just got told to pound salt, as regards oil sales from Saudi. We hit Russia with economic sanctions, and RUSSIA IS DOING BETTER. Western Europe is not, and we are not.

That is an indication that our leaders are NOT getting what we think they want. They have power over us, but not world power, not anymore.

Divide and Conquer, only works on **THEM**. The Other Side.

Divide your own nation, and it becomes weak and unstable. Like Yugoslavia, which was kept divided by Josip Broz Tito, under instruction from the Kremlin. Moscow wanted no threat of rebellion.

That is what is happening to us, now. We can recover some measure of strength - IF WE CAST OFF WASHINGTON'S YOKE.

I totally agree Hawk. But there will come a time when the money dries up. You and I will be OK because we understand what you need to do to survive, we are not afraid of hard work and living simply

The problem is that there are still people who are ignorant of the situation, who do not vote and who are so overwhelmed by their own life to pay any attention or care about what is going on. Like the Left, these people will not care or even be aware until it is too late. They will suffer even more because like the left who lie and deny that there is anything wrong, by the time they realize that something is VERY wrong, it will be too late. I still see clueless individuals who wear masks EVERYWHERE they go and who take whatever concoction the government tells them to, like it's going to protect them from the horrible lies and 'misinformation' that is pumping out from the left's 'News media'.

Just the other day, the wife and I went to the bank. As we were leaving, a young person was entering all masked up like they were doing surgery or something. It was obvious that they appreciated my holding the door open so they didn't have to touch the germ infested door. My wife and I had a good laugh in the car as we were leaving about them!
