What is the Great Reset?

Is the Great Reset a conspiracy theory imagining a vast left-wing plot to establish a totalitarian one-world government? No. Despite the fact that some people may have spun conspiracy theories based on it—with some reason, as we will see—the Great Reset is real.

Indeed, just last year, Klaus Schwab, founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF)—a famous organization made up of the world’s political, economic, and cultural elites that meets annually in Davos, Switzerland—and Thierry Malleret, co-founder and main author of the Monthly Barometer, published a book called COVID-19: The Great Reset. In the book, they define the Great Reset as a means of addressing the “weaknesses of capitalism” that were purportedly exposed by the COVID pandemic.

Great article, read it last nite. this has been in the works for a number of years.

None so blind as those that will not see.

The Democrats, Radicals, Marxists and Communists are trying to force the great reset on America in an attempt to make the claim that Capitalism is "bad" and Communism is "good". The great reset is a way to steal what little the poor and middle class have so that the elite and wealthy can get more.

It's all based on lies and partial truths. Judging by the over-reaction, lies, data skewing and hysteria over the WuFlu, it'll probably work. The MSM will do their part to scare the wits out of consumers so that they believe that Communism is "good".

do you think they took into account the pushback from normal everyday folk, albeit it's late and in some countries, in more trouble than we are, they haven't even come to the realization yet.   Guess who i'm referring to.

Just as Schwab and the WEF predicted, the COVID crisis has accelerated the Great Reset. Monopolistic corporations have consolidated their grip on the economy from above, while socialism continues to advance for the rest of us below. In partnership with Big Digital, Big Pharma, the mainstream media, national and international health agencies, and compliant populations, hitherto democratic Western states—think especially of Australia, New Zealand, and Austria—are being transformed into totalitarian regimes modeled after China.

Dammit.  I intended to be dead by time this hit us, so I could avoid it all.  How does one go about explaining all this to their grandchildren?

That's an interesting idea. Off the top of my head I would say that it depends upon the amount of pushback, the government that is in place, how much Socialism exists, etc. The problem is that the problems of Socialism will be blamed on Capitalism, the media minions will regurgitate it non-stop and the gullible will go for the "free" stuff never realizing that it is the middle class and "poor" NOT the wealthy that are footing the bills.

Obama was almost successful in implementing Socialized medicine. Even though President Trump tried to kill it for good, we still have it. It's just waiting for the right Democrat (Beijing Biden?) to force it on the masses. Things like the WuFlu will be used to claim that the U.S. "needs" Socialized medicine.

It's all in the Marxist playbook...

we more or less have it...the hospitals and doctors are the death panels...latest is the 9 year old boy who is denied transplant surgery because his father, the donor, has not been vaxxed. Since these things cause clots, it seems to me that someone paying attention in the medical field might see the danger side of that.
