down flight of stairs. i have it down half. its uncontrollable during its fall. it did NOT crush me during the first half. any ideas about round two? anything. just throw it out there.

im sure it would. just very recently ( as it was decending the top half of the stairs ) i found out that empty, it doesnt weigh 251 minus the draws. its 387?

so the two options that have been agreed upon is 1. using bed box springs at the foot of the stairs and letter rip, or2, use a 4x4 post at the top of the stairs with block and tackle and rope and die another day.

i am in the midst of rolling it back up the half flight of stairs.

its presently up the stairs and within 18' of where it needs to be for new carpet. i actualy rolled it up 8 stairs.
