I saw a good video on falling asleep.
It works well, can't find the same one now, but this was the most of it, as I remember.

1/ Lie down ;)

2/ Breathe into your stomach, slowly and deeply.

3/ Relax the muscles in your forehead and around your eyes.

4/ Relax your jaw and neck.

5/ Let your shoulders fall back and loosen.

6/ When exhaling relax your calves and feet.

7/ Think of something peaceful. Lying on a boat in a bay ?
Under a tree in a hammock?
