lets discuss. what went right. what went wrong. what saved alot of peoples lives. what helped the cops subdue Charles. what hindered the cops subduing Charles. if you wish, you can also refer to other instances where if just one person who was trained had a weapon, they couldve drasticaly reduced to offending partys killing power  by half. also you can include instances where responding people stood down while others near said gunman were being murdered at point blank range.
